    Important Fianancial Dates

    Below are the dates that information is due the Council Treasurer.   In general, these dates are 5-10 days before the Peralta's due dates from Council.  Please submit all payments with the Unit remittance form.  Click here to download the Alameda Unit Remittance form.


     


     



    Membership Due Dates
    (aka, Per Caps)

     October 1st

    Early Bird Award
    (Min 10 Members)
      October 20th

    Chairman's Club Award
    (min 50 members) 

      March 1st

    Final remittance of per caps for 2010-2011.

     
    Dues received after 3/1/11 will count towards the 2011-2012 total.
         


    Workers Comp (Insurance) Payment and Forms Due Dates
     December 1st
    After Dec 1st

    $25 Late Fee
     January 1st

    Final date for Insurance Late Fee of $25 to remain in good standing
     
         

     
    Audits Due Dates
    Past Due

    FY09-10 Audits Past Due

     March 10th

    Mid-Year Audits Due

      
         
     Tax Filing Due Date
     November 15th
      IRS may apply if filed after due dates
